What Does Emotional Freedom Technique Have to do with My Entrepreneurial Call?

What Does Emotional Freedom Technique Have to do with My Entrepreneurial Call?

Janet Crawford put it this way:…emotions are elegant shortcuts that allow us to sort through reams of [subconscious] neural patterns and generate feelings that guide us toward or away from a course of action. Without emotion, we are biologically incapable of making decisions. Logic is often the last step in the process.

Why do we care about emotions in the first place? The emotions we experience literally guide us toward or away from our desired course of action. We need to discover how those emotions are playing a role in our desired happiness and success. As you’re navigating what will make you happy and what will make you feel fulfilled you are dealing with a myriad of emotions; some under the surface and some that are front and center. Not only can we discover how emotions are playing a role in our desired outcomes but we can literally heal the emotion that is steering us away from our desired result. Wouldn’t that be amazing? Getting to the root of the emotions that are truly holding you back from manifesting your desired life and business.

Thoughts, beliefs, emotion and intention. The beliefs we hold, which are wordless energetic states of being, attract thoughts and emotions to match. When you are experience disempowering thoughts and emotions, they lead to disempowering lies and vows that you begin to will into existence through your intentions. The opposite happens for us also, when we experience positive thoughts and emotions we create empowering truths and action that we will to existent with our intention.

What are the true thoughts that have been spinning around in your head lately?

  • Can I really do this?
  • Am I really cut out for this?
  • I have to many ideas and none of them have really worked yet?
  • I don’t know how to be a successful business woman
  • I’m afraid to really be seen
  • I can’y trust the truth of how amazing I really am
  • I still question if I’m good enough

What are your true intentions as a professional entrepreneurial woman looking to embark on your journey of creating and bringing forth your purpose in the marketplace? What is the outcome that you are really looking for? If it is that you desire to be serving in a way that truly lights you up and you desire to create impact and lead with purpose then thoughts like the ones above do not serve you. But it’s not your fault. Women lead lives with baggage from their past that stir up emotions that they so desperate want to break free from but until you get to the root of the emotion you stay stuck, spinning your wheels and wondering what is wrong with you

emotional freedom

While painting this picture of connection I hope it’s getting clearer to you why your emotions are so important as a women of faith with the call to entrepreneurship. There may be negative thoughts or beliefs that you have about yourself and other successful people in business. Despite your desire to be impactful with your own business, these negative thoughts and beliefs can lead to disempowering lies and vows that you are intentionally displaying in your life. The issue is that sometimes we are totally unaware, totally oblivious to the affects of our subconscious beliefs. I suggest you check the fruit.

  • Are your service booked out?
  • Are you reaching your financial goals?
  • Are you excited to wake up and serve in your given field?
  • Do you see where your next clients are coming from?
  • Are you soulfully aligned to the work you’re doing?
  • Do you have a well-oiled team?
  • Are you reaching your desired goals?
  • Are you committed to the process of growth?
  • Are you displaying the discipline and confidence necessary to be a successful business woman?

If your answer is no to any of these…checking your thoughts and emotions is vital. Embracing a process of emotional healing is also vital.

Managing our emotions is the foundation to personal achievement, happiness, and professional success. If you are a solo entrepreneur you know the lines between personal and professional can be blurred. It is our personal desire to be a professional success. See what I mean?? I want you to consider the idea that you can not only manage but actually heal the conscious and subconscious emotions that are running the the limiting beliefs, lies, and vows that you’ve agreed to as coping mechanisms.

You may be asking how I know this. Surely I do because I remember the struggle of going back and forth on what I wanted, I remember having the opportunities right in my face but being too afraid to seize them. I remember having the resources at my fingertips but my thoughts and emotions truly holding me captive. My thoughts of not being good enough, my thoughts of not being capable all created an emotional vibration that kept me paralyzed and kept me stuck.

Have you ever wondered why you desire to do better but you end up replaying the same old habits? Well that’s because there is emotional healing to be done in that area. There are lies and vows at play in your life that stem from events and traumas from your Youth. This is where the Emotional Freedom Technique comes into place. There is a negative story that is written on your wall and it’s time for that to change. I’m talking energy psychology protocols that God has gifted us with that are based in circuitry and intention. It’s a such a wonderful blessing to be in a co-operative framework alongside God our creator.

For your purpose, for your success, tap into the subconscious mind and break free from your disempowering thoughts and belief.

One of the first steps to manifesting a life and business that you truly desire is having a heart for God and Mind for Business. We must first have our thoughts in alignment with what God thinks about us before we can manifest anything. Interested in experiencing Heart and Soul as your new Strategy? Transform Your Thinking in a Co-Creative Process with God

Transform Your Thinking in a Co-Creative Process with God

Transform Your Thinking in a Co-Creative Process with God

“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.”

(Proverbs 23:7)

God is concerned about our thought process so much that he speaks to it in this verse above. We have free will to transform our thinking in a co-creative process with God through his word.

What you focus on expands

Literally, I’ve just read one passage about giving God the glory and talking about the wonders of his name, and he flashed an image before my face, the Holy Spirit, just showing me how, when I used to struggle in my marriage, how I wouldn’t look at my husband. I couldn’t focus on his actions or his attitude. Now I don’t think it matters whether it’s a
  • marriage
  • school
  • a teacher that’s driving you crazy
  • a boss that’s frustrating you
  • your business itself that’s frustrating you
    God showed me how
  • I stopped looking at the person
  • I shifted my focus.
  • I redirected my energy
  • I chose love
  • I chose connection and closeness
So, take all of that into account and don’t look at the situation with your natural eyes! We look at how things are going, I mean you already know what you believe about your situation. You already think it sucks, it’s a waste of time, it’s not going to work…. so
  • why keep looking at it that way,
  • why keep focusing on it
  • why keep digging at it
  • why keep talking about it
  • why keep complaining about it
So, the image that flashed before me was where I took my eyes off that situation, almost like turning my back to it, but I had a space with God, and I had a space in that relationship with him where I could talk to him about it. No complaining, no feeling sorry for myself, but just talking to him and thanking him, and telling him how glorious and wonderful and great he is, no matter how my situation turned out. Co-Creative Process with God

Let it go with ease

I think that’s that aspect of when people mention not being attached to something, where we’re so attached to a situation that we let the ups and downs of it to cause our emotions to go all over the place. But if you’re grounded in
  • how great God is
  • how much He cares about you and
  • has your best interests at heart
  • how much He loves you
  • how much He’s already given for you
  • how much more he’s willing to do for you
  • how you have a purpose in him
Then we stay in a higher vibration, as some would say. Our energy stays high, our thought process is higher, our being is just higher, because we’re in tune with him, we’re attached to him instead of our situation, frustration, or that issue or that problem. I want to challenge you today that as you go through whatever difficult thing has been popping up for you, that your communication or your speech about whatever it is, changes.
  • You know when that person walks in the room and you they are the source of “whatever it is”, praise God and tell him thank you, and really focus on Him above.
  • You know when that client said they were going to sign and then you never hear from them again and you start to judge yourself and say you should have done more, praise God and tell him thank you, and really focus on Him above.
  • You know when you set that financial goal and somehow it just slipped right through your fingers and you didnt get close…Praise God anyways, tell him Thank You for this lesson. Your livelihood is not dependent on man.
Say it with me: “My livelihood, my finances, and my desires are not dependent on man!!!

Conclusion

You are what you think and we must ground ourselves in the goodness of God and his desire for us to have good things.  I encourage you to see where in your life you can reframe your thoughts and ground yourself in truth. He Has Already Provided

He Has Already Provided

God has equipped you. Even if you cant see it now, have faith and unwavering faith that he has given you what you need. I remember a time when I was struggling with putting some ideas and thoughts I had to paper and I literally went weeks thinking about it and feeling like I couldn’t verbalize what I had felt in my heart. Soon enough, I finally opened a book that had been sitting out in the open on my desk  and it was literally what I needed to breathe some life and provide some further inspiration into the ideas and thoughts that I wanted to share with others.

I told myself this was a lesson. It was a huge lesson for me to always remember that God has provided (he’s not providing or will provide, but he has already provided) The tools and resources that we need are literally already available to us. They won’t reveal themselves until you walk in faith and start taking action. If you sit on the other side of that door saying,  “I will walk through when I get what I need”, you’ll never get it. Because the tools and resources are on the other side of that door and you need to walk through first. Take inspired action and trust God along the way.

He Has Already Provided

Are you going to grab a hold of the resources and allow God to bless you with His abundance? Or are you going to keep relying on yourself and thinking that you have all the answers or that you have to wait until you are good enough to show up and serve others.?

You make the choice!

Accuser of Self

Accuser of Self

I was in church the other day and I was listening to all the characteristics of Satan himself. One stood out to me the most. I mean over the years I’ve been exposed to his many characteristics and ways. However, one had always confused me or had me wondering about more.

Also I’ll share that I have this weird belief (I’d say it’s pure truth but you’ll have to decide for yourself) that a lot the “ways” of Satan or actions that he would engage in WE do and act these ways ourselves:

Here are the ways!

1. We “kill “ourselves and people by the words that come out our mouths

2. We “steal” by taking others joy and or downing our own dreams

3. We “destroy” by self-sabotaging actions and mindsets.

There has been another saying of satan being the accuser of the brethren and I always wondered what it is that he has to accuse us of or why he would waste time accusing us when he could be doing more damage?

There was this picture created in my mind of satan going into heaven and seriously nagging God about the horrible things that we do on a daily basis. So he’s there waving his fingers pointing at us from heaven telling God

  • how much we suck
  • how we failed at this
  • how we did not show enough faith
  • how we slacked in our marriages,
  • how we were lazy with the talents that God has given us

He’s there accusing us and Jesus is there saying Shut Up Dude! I’ve done enough to cover their shortcomings, I am enough, I’ve given them grace.

However, remember I mentioned to you about this belief that we do the same things that the devil himself does to others and ourselves…well here it is. We are accusers of ourselves!

We tell ourselves:

  • how we arent worth it
  • how we haven’t done enough to be what we really want
  • how our creative efforts are short of value
  • how we’ll never amount to anything because we messed up at A or B.

Well, well…Way to be self-accusers and kill, steal, and destroy our own goals and dreams in life!

Let’s stop blaming the devil for why we arent successful and take time to be aware of how we are destroying ourselves!

We want to live abundant lives, we’re fully capable of living abundant lives, so lets live and speak words of life, give freely to others and ourselves, validate ourselves and give birth to our creativity. What are you creating in life right now? I’d love to co-creative with you 😉

Are you committing spiritual suicide?

Are you committing spiritual suicide?

Are you committing spiritual suicide?

Are you committing spiritual suicide? Do you talk down to yourself and tell yourself that you can’t do “it”? Are you filling your head with negative ideas about yourself and your efforts? Are you constantly telling others about your “downfalls” and looking for others to feel sorry for you?   If you find yourself doing this then you can consider it spiritual suicide. “Suicide is the process of purposely ending one’s own life” Dryden-Edwards 1996-2011). The word that sticks out to me is purposely. When you tell yourself you’re not good enough would you believe that you are doing that with purpose? You are choosing death in a sense. You are essentially destroying your spirit.

 spiritual suicide

If we think to ourselves that we have a choice in the matter of how we address our God-given spirit then maybe we will purposely look into our word and discover what God thinks of us. We are charged to read our word and discover not only God’s thoughts of us but His promises for our lives. If we became aware of these things then maybe we could purposefully speak blessings on our lives no matter how we feel or no matter what the situation looks like. Speaking life into your situation can be accomplished when we tune into God’s word. Why do we choose to kill our spirits by choosing to speak negatively and putting ourselves down? God’s says that we, his children are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, and a holy nation (1Peter 2:9).  We are true daughters of the Most High ladies. He says he’ll never leave us or forsake us (Heb 13:5). We have to wake up and encourage ourselves. There’s a song that I love here’s the link:

So ladies stop committing spiritual suicide, stop killing your spirit and encourage yourself through God’s word.
